Our gorgeous and very popular handmade small Cafe cup.
Two styles available, with or without handles.
Each cup has an option to feature our Signature Flow Point, a subtle design element that allows water to drain easily while adding a unique touch to the form.
What began as a practical solution has become a quiet aesthetic element in and of itself- adding to the handmade feel and reminding us how form and function work together beautifully.
Three glazes are available, deep brown Temmoku with warm rust tones, subtle and soft Ash and earthy Moss with an olive glossy glaze.
Each cup is finished inside with our satin Temmoku glaze
Hand thrown on the pottery wheel, fired and then glazed and fired again for a long lasting finish.
Each cup is approximately 80mm high with an 90mm rim diameter
Holding a capacity of approximately 180ml
The cups are food safe and dishwasher proof although we do recommend hand washing to care for the glaze.
The pieces will have subtle differences. Sizes are approximate due to the nature of hand made pottery.
We create functional stoneware pottery and local handmade ceramics in our pottery studio in NSW, where each piece is designed for everyday use and lasting beauty.
Each piece is made to order and thoughtfully crafted over approximately four weeks, allowing time for careful making, natural drying, and multiple firings to achieve a lasting, high-quality finish.
