Good Hope Pottery use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Shipping prices included in the pieces are for Australia, New Zealand, United States and the United Kingdom only

We are happy to ship worldwide and can give a quote for delivery to other countries

Any additional local importing charges will be paid by the customer.

All pieces that are shipped will be carefully wrapped for the post to ensure they are delivered in the same condition they are sent in

 Returns

Our pottery is hand made and each piece is unique, because of this there may be some variations in size and colour

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact us for a return or an exchange, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost

You would need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, no returns will be accepted without prior consent from us via email

If any items are received damaged through the post please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the delivery

Send us photos of the packaging and the product that is damaged via email and we will contact you

There are no returns for sale items
